How to Delete Your Account

Follow these step-by-step instructions to permanently delete your TravX account:

Step 1: Access Your Profile

1. Open the TravX app on your mobile device
2. Navigate to the bottom navigation bar
3. Tap on the "Profile" tab (located on the far right)

Step 2: Find Delete Account Option

1. In your profile settings, scroll down to find account options
2. Look for the "Delete account" option (displayed in red text)
3. The option will show "Delete your account and all your data" as a subtitle
4. Tap on "Delete account"

Step 3: Confirm Deletion

1. A confirmation dialog will appear titled "Delete Account and All Your Data"
2. Read the warning message carefully:
   • "You are about to permanently delete your account"
   • "This will remove all of your profile, trips, photos, documents, and any other associated information"
   • "This action cannot be undone"
3. The dialog will ask: "Are you sure you want to continue?"
4. Review the consequences:
   • If you proceed, you will lose access to all your data permanently
   • If you change your mind, tap "Close X"

Step 4: Final Confirmation

1. If you're certain about deleting your account, tap the red "DELETE NOW" button
2. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed
3. You will be logged out of the app immediately
